This block of instruction is designed to improve the weapon handling and marksmanship skills of all who attend and will be instructed by active members of the Ocean County Regional SWAT Team only. It is specifically designed for those seeking a position on the Ocean County Regional SWAT Team.

This course has limited availability and is only open to officers currently working in Ocean County law enforcement organizations only.

Required equipment:

• Eye and ear protection
• Duty patrol rifle
• Duty belt rifle magazine pouch
• 3 magazines minimum
• 500 rounds of practice ammunition
• 10 dummy rounds

This course will be held rain or shine. Bring appropriate clothing based on the weather.

Bring food & drink, we will not be leaving the range for lunch.
