On Saturday, November 19, our Academy’s current recruits of Basic Class #113 came together for the National Survivors Day 5K in Island Heights to remember Ocean County Sheriff’s Officer Christian Schenk and Plumsted Police Officer Joseph Engrassia. Together they, with many from our local community, ran for such an important cause that we will always continue to bring awareness to.
